09Intuit QuickBooks Online data
Our PM Bridge integration connects to a customer's QuickBooks Online company at their direction. This section describes how we handle that data specifically, in addition to the general practices described elsewhere in this policy.
What we access. Company information, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, and related transaction records from the connected QuickBooks Online company.
Why. Solely to provide accounting, accounts-receivable, and reporting functionality inside the Petroleum Machinery Operations Platform for that customer.
Where it's stored. In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. The application itself runs on Vercel, also in US regions.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to end users.
Subprocessors. Intuit, Vercel, and Supabase are the only subprocessors with access to QuickBooks-derived data.
What we never do. We do not sell QuickBooks data. We do not share it with any third party other than the subprocessors named above. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Retention and deletion. OAuth tokens are destroyed immediately upon disconnect. Synced QuickBooks data is purged within 30 days of disconnect, or sooner upon written request to Sales@CraterEnterprises.com.
How to disconnect. Disconnect at any time from QuickBooks Online's own "My Apps" screen, or by contacting us at the email above.
