Crater Enterprises builds and operates custom software platforms for small businesses. When you use one of our platforms as an employee, contractor, or customer of one of those businesses, you may choose to receive text message notifications about your jobs, appointments, quotes, invoices, and account activity.
How you opt in
SMS notifications are optional. They are never required to create an account, submit a request, or use any Crater Enterprises platform. On our web forms the mobile number field is optional and sits beside a separate, unchecked checkbox reading: “Optional. I agree to receive SMS notifications from Crater Enterprises about my service request, job, appointment, quote, or invoice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” You enter your own number and check the box yourself. The box is never pre-checked. Employees and contractors may also opt in on a paper onboarding form carrying identical language.
What we send
Job assignment and schedule alerts, service appointment reminders, quote and invoice status updates, and internal feedback or system alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Frequency varies based on your account activity.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
